Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a dental practice.
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office
• Dental 4 Windows (D4W) experience preferable

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional reception.
• Manage phone, email and in-person communications and coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks as needed
