Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Manage patient enquiries, appointment bookings, recalls and payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and practice documentation.
• For the Dental Assistant/Receptionist role, provide chairside assistance and support our clinicians throughout patient treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain high standards of infection control and cleanliness.
• Work closely with the wider practice team to ensure each day runs smoothly.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
