Bupa Australia is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join Bupa Dental Carindale on a permanent part-time basis. You will work 24 hours per week over three days, with some Saturdays, at a clinic inside Westfield Carindale.

In this role you will manage front desk enquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records. You’ll represent the clinic with professionalism, ensure efficient billing, and support lab bookings as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
• Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a professional, welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards.
