Job description

Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four levels, plus the tower, significant within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.

We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to over 60 practitioners, including 20 board‑registered specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.

Opportunity

We are seeking a person who loves customer service and thrives in a busy, successful team. As a Receptionist, you will work with a diverse team and have opportunities to develop your career as you gain experience in a dynamic dental environment.

Responsibilities
  • Management of appointment books.
  • Processing HICAPS claims and account management.
  • Liaising with patients and practitioners.
  • Data entry and mailing tasks.
  • Treatment planning and coordination.
