The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll be the front office powerhouse and the heartbeat of the practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience from first call to final appointment.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to bring out their best.
  • Managing day-to-day operations with precision, reliability, and organisation.
  • Working with the Operations Manager to refine systems, improve workflows, and support growth.

Previous practice management or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential for this role. Training will be provided on dental practice management software systems.

Practice Days: Monday to Saturday

Practice Size: 3-chair clinic, part of a 3-practice private group
