Zusammenfassung

Australian Dental Association (NSW Branch) is seeking a Dental Clinic Coordinator to manage volunteer programs and clinic operations. You will coordinate volunteers, patients and referring organisations while ensuring safe, professional service and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires proactive planning, strong organisation, and excellent communication. You will support reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across FTG/ADA NSW/ADA DHF programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical dental environment.
• Certificate IV in Dental Assisting with Radiography.
• Radiation User Licence is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, equipment and workflows.
• Experience coordinating clinic operations, including appointments and stock.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and maintaining records with privacy.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate FTG, ADA NSW and ADA DHF program operations and act as a key contact for volunteers, patients, referring organisations and stakeholders.
• Prepare program reports, statistics and operational updates.
• Coordinate patient referrals, appointments and communications, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Proactively recruit, onboard and engage volunteer dental professionals and practices.
• Coordinate clinic readiness, ensuring equipment, instruments and stock are available.
• Support infection prevention control and regulatory compliance.
