Overview

We’re a welcoming, community-focused dental clinic in Auburn, Sydney, seeking two new team members who can bring reliability, positivity, and professionalism to our practice.

Roles

1. Dental Assistant (No Experience Needed)

   This role is perfect for someone starting out in the workforce or looking for a career change. No prior dental experience is necessary — just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude. You’ll be trained in chairside assisting, sterilisation, patient care, and day-to-day clinical support. If you’re reliable, punctual, and ready to grow, this is your entry point into a rewarding healthcare career.

2. Dental Receptionist (Experienced)

   We’re also looking for a confident, experienced receptionist who knows how to keep a dental clinic running smoothly. You’ll be the face and voice of our Auburn practice, responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling accounts, and making sure the schedule flows efficiently. Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.

Location: Auburn, Sydney

Hours: Flexible days and hours; 9am–3pm is the norm. No late nights or weekends.

Environment: Supportive, no-drama team that values collaboration.

Patient base: Multicultural patient base — a second language or cultural awareness is a big plus.
