Job summary

Tankard Dental invites a Dental Assistant to join our modern Ouyen clinic. Open to experienced assistants or trainees, with on‑the‑job training while you complete your Certificate III in Dental Assisting if required.

You will assist dentists, maintain cleanliness, process x‑rays, greet patients and handle admin. Some travel to Irymple or Mildura may be required. Hours are weekdays 8:00am–5:00pm. Remuneration negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with dental procedures, including chairside support, suction, and material preparation.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the clinic.
• Processing x-rays, cleaning instruments and equipment.
• Providing clear and courteous information to patients as directed by the dentist.
• Performing general administrative duties, such as greeting patients and updating records.
