Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our busy Town Hall centre on a casual basis. Our modern 11-chair practice delivers a wide range of dental treatments in The Galeries, Sydney, with a supportive team focused on exceptional patient care.

Available for shifts across a minimum of 3 weekdays; Saturday availability is essential with higher hourly weekend rates. We offer above award wages, flexible roles, and opportunities for learning and development within Australia’s largest

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception.
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols.
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during chair-side procedures and patient care.
• Maintain instrument sterility and clinic cleanliness in line with infection control protocols.
• Support reception tasks and patient coordination as needed.
