Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group in Mulgrave is expanding a busy dental centre and is hiring Dental Assistants on a casual basis. The modern practice includes 3-chairs and delivers a wide range of dental treatments.

Flexible availability across Monday–Friday essential, with potential weekend work on a rotational basis at higher weekend rates. You will assist chair-side, sterilisation, and reception tasks, follow infection control protocols, and contribute to a friendly, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception.
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols.
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist chair-side during dental treatments and take on sterilisation duties.
• Ensure instruments and rooms are prepared and cleaned per protocols.
• Support reception tasks and patient flow as needed.
