Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and infection control.
• Experience working on reception independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Calm, friendly approach with patients.

Aufgaben

• Split time between chairside assisting and reception.
• Assist with procedures including surgical extractions, implant placements and Invisalign.
• Greet patients and manage appointments and payments.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and handle general admin tasks.
