Job summary

Bupa Dental Belmont is seeking a Dental Assistant - Receptionist to join our 5-chair practice in Belmont. Role involves chairside support, x-rays, patient communications, and efficient front-d desk operations.

Two full-time positions, Monday to Friday (and evenings depending). We offer supportive team culture, ongoing training and opportunities for career development within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Deliver chairside clinical support to patients.
• Maintain infection control and assist with treatments and x-rays.
• Manage patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, and record documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient inquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
