Job summary

Bupa Dental Macquarie Centre in Sydney is seeking a casual Dental Assistant to support clinical sessions and ensure smooth patient flow. You’ll assist chair-side, maintain infection control standards, and help prepare rooms and instruments for each appointment.

Experience is helpful but not essential; Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded. Availability Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Dental Assistant, or a genuine willingness to learn (Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong chair-side assistance skills, including instrument handling, suction, mixing materials, assisting with X-rays, and knowledge of dental instrumentation.
• Ability to clean, prepare, and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment in line with infection control standards, BDC procedures, and WHS requirements.
