Job summary

Bupa Dental Australia Fair on the Gold Coast is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant – Receptionist to support dentists with patient care and clinic administration. You will assist with chairside duties, instrument sterilisation, and maintaining a high standard of the dental surgery, along with managing bookings and billing.

Administration training will be provided. We welcome applicants from all experience levels, emphasising reliability, teamwork, and excellent communication to deliver

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with patient care, instrument sterilisation and maintaining a high standard of the dental surgery.
• Stock control and ordering to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Cross-trained team providing continuity of care for patients.
• Manage appointment bookings, billing, payments, records and document management.
• Answer patient queries; participate in administration training.
