• Greeting patients and managing reception desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the appointment book efficiently.
• Processing patient payments and managing financial transactions.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Answering telephone enquiries and providing information about our services.
• Coordinating with dental team members to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and practice management duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Providing chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Preparing and sterilising dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Assisting with patient comfort and positioning during treatments.
• Maintaining an organised and hygienic treatment environment.
• Supporting the clinical team with various dental procedures as required.
• Following all safety and infection control guidelines.
