Job summary

High Street Dental - Kangaroo Flat is seeking a friendly dental assistant to join our growing clinic. You will support chair side procedures, prepare patients and facilities, and help with reception duties on designated days.

We value a positive, professional team with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience with Dental4Windows is a plus; driver’s licence and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and dependable with a can-do attitude.

We take pride in being a reputable established clinic that offers a diverse array of dental treatments. We provided high-quality, compassionate dental care to our community for nearly 25 years. Our close-knit, professional team is committed to creating a relaxed atmosphere for both our patients and staff.

Our practice is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a dental assistant to join the team. Must be available to work at least 3 days a week /4 days preferred.

No weekend work

About the opportunity:

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Chair side assisting ,Preparing patients & facilities for dental treatment


• Adhering to strict infection control policies


• Reception and administrative duties on designated days

What we are looking for:

• You bring a positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills.


• You're customer-focused, dependable, and highly organised.


• You have at least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.


• Experience in any dental setting environment is required.


• Holding a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is ideal (but not essential).


• Experience in reception or administration will be highly regarded.


• You present yourself professionally, act with maturity, and thrive as a collaborative team member.


• Familiar with Dental4Windows software (ideal, but we'll train the right person!)


• Must have driver's licence and own transport


• Australian work rights are required for this position.
