1300SMILES Upper Ross is seeking a casual Dental Assistant to join the team. No dental experience is required as full training is provided, with support from an experienced team.

You'll start with sterilisation, room setup and patient care, then progress to chairside assisting while supporting the front office. Shifts across opening hours, Monday to Saturday, make this a flexible entry into dentistry.

Job Description

This is a casual role with full training provided, so no dental experience is necessary. Working closely with our dentists, Practice Manager and front office team, you'll help deliver exceptional patient care and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

What your days look like:

You'll start with sterilisation, room set-up and patient care, then build up to chairside assisting as your confidence grows, with an experienced team beside you. Over time, you'll provide chairside support across a range of general and restorative procedures while helping every patient feel comfortable and well looked after.

As a casual, you'll be offered shifts across our opening hours, so we're looking for someone who is generally available Monday to Saturday.
