At Queensland Country Health we have a friendly and supportive work environment where we provide high quality preventative dental and general dental services from our practice in Townsville.

As a Dental Assistant, you will provide high quality chairside and surgery support while establishing long-term patient relationships with our valued client base. We are open to applications from qualified Dental Assistants or Trainees who are seeking a career change and interested in completing their Cert III; some previous patient or health care experience would assist your success in this role. In this full-time role unrestricted working rights are required.

Your Experience
  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting OR interest in completing and working in a dental environment
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant in a private practice (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and patient focus
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
