Job summary
Minor Hotels’ Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will assist with food preparation, cooking and plating, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar kitchen role.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene requirements.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu standards.
- Assist in development and plating of high-quality meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
- Support menu planning and recipe development.
