Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Demand Fulfilment Coordinator on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The role focuses on coordinating daily production allocation to meet sales order demand and determining when orders can be shipped, while aligning with inventory and production supply projections.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Planning teams to ensure timely fulfilment within target timeframes and volumes, contributing to sustainable customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operational demand fulfilment.
• Understanding of shipping and warehouse operations and constraints.
• Strong grasp of planning concepts.
• Experience working with Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production allocation to meet sales order demand.
• Confirm daily production load plans with Warehouse and Shipping.
• Review inventory and production plans to determine future shipping dates.
• Maintain optimal inventory by allocating future production and managing excess stock.
• Support sales order fulfilment with timely planning advice.
• Manage sales order engineering, order builds, and product substitutions to maximise fulfilment.
• Deliver excellent customer service through proactive problem-solving.
• Provide customers with updates on stock availability, shipping schedules and product specs.
• Resolve communication issues to minimise operational and customer impacts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics and Supply Chain to meet business goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Demand Fulfilment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in co-ordination of allocating production supply to sales order demand and determining when sales orders can be shipped on a daily basis. This includes determination of daily plans for sale order demands to be shipped as well as reviewing and setting future planned shipped dates for sales order demands based on inventory and production supply projections. To be successful in this role requires daily collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production Planners and Demand Planners making timely decisions on sales order shipping plans to enable fulfilment of sales orders within target timeframes and volumes.
