Reece Ballina is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant to help on the trade counter and in the warehouse. You will deliver parts, assist plumbers and tradespeople, and perform stock and counter duties to keep operations running smoothly.

The role suits someone with delivery, retail or customer service experience, who is comfortable with technology, and who can work various shifts including weekends. Career growth within our network or head office is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoy helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
• Provide customer service and product information.
