Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Customer Delivery technology stack.
• Implement automated, predictive customer communication workflows.
• Build delivery performance dashboards and alerting systems.
• Integrate delivery systems with broader platforms for real-time visibility.
• Define and maintain the data architecture for Customer Delivery.
• Lead technical delivery of customer delivery programme workstreams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions.

10+ years' experience in senior customer delivery operations roles

Hands-on experience with logistics application administration
