Transport for NSW is seeking a specialist to act as the subject-matter expert for project delivery standards within the Portfolio Delivery & Enablement function, shaping governance and assurance across large portfolios.

You will lead the development and refinement of scalable delivery frameworks, ensuring they balance agility with control while remaining fit-for-purpose for NSW government programs. Flexible work options may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and embedding enterprise delivery frameworks balancing agility with governance.
• Strong skills in agile, PRINCE2, SAFe and related delivery practices.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and coach adoption.
• Tertiary qualification in project management, IT or related field.
• Certifications in delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PMI-ACP, AgilePM, SAFe) encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Act as subject-matter expert for project delivery standards within the Portfolio Delivery & Enablement (PD&E).
• Lead development, uplift, and ongoing refinement of delivery frameworks to be fit-for-purpose and scalable.
• Work with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure practical governance that does not stifle flexibility.
