  • Facilitate sprint or iteration planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Maintain a unified workplan or board that provides visibility of cross-team activity for each NHSD initiative.
  • Remove or elevate process, tooling, scheduling and dependency-related impediments.
  • Coordinate planning sessions and monitor team velocity against committed outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining team momentum, removing impediments and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • Experience managing delivery risks, issues and dependencies, including reporting to senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on experience with project and issue management tools such as Atlassian Jira, along with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with resource and capacity planning across concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience working within a formal change management or Change Advisory Board process.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or at least five years’ relevant experience in health, technology or a related industry.
