Job summary

Veris is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of custom application development projects across government and private sector clients. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, and partner with customers to understand their business and domain.

Working with development teams, QA, architects, and vendors, you will manage plans, budgets, risks, and go-live activities while balancing governance with practical delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in project management, delivery management, or agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering application development and software projects.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and governance forums.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks and resources.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery activities and requirements gathering workshops.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA specialists, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Contribute to invoicing, forecasting, and project financial management.
• Take a pragmatic approach to process and governance, balancing delivery outcomes with project controls.
• Occasionally assist with business analysis, testing coordination, or other delivery activities on smaller projects.
