Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Delivery Manager for a Federal Government project in Canberra. You will coordinate delivery of ICT programs, balancing scope, schedule and budget while working with cross-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience delivering ICT functions in government or large enterprises, with strong leadership, mentoring and hybrid delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering ICT functions and programs within government and/or large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading/coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams using waterfall and agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams in fast-paced delivery environments.
