Interflow Resources Pty Limited is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of water infrastructure rehabilitation projects from our Scoresby, Melbourne office. You will provide strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and ensure safety, quality, financial, and schedule targets are met.

You will mentor large teams, coordinate with Business Development, nurture client relationships, and help identify future opportunities while supporting sustainable, high‑performance project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent required.
  • Extensive construction/rehabilitation project delivery experience at senior/Delivery Manager level.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and large teams.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of wastewater, potable water, stormwater and culvert systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee execution of water infrastructure rehabilitation projects, ensuring safety, quality, financial and time targets.
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to project teams.
  • Oversee project planning, contract reviews and financial approvals.
  • Coach, mentor and develop a high-performance culture across teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to nurture client relationships and identify opportunities.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building high‑performing teams? We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of our water infrastructure rehabilitation projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership, guiding teams to meet safety, quality, financial, and time targets. You will oversee project planning, contract reviews, and financial approvals while fostering a high‑performance culture through coaching and mentoring.

Additionally, you will work closely with Business Development Managers to foster strong client relationships, resolve complex challenges, and drive successful project outcomes. You will also contribute strategically to business growth by identifying future opportunities, planning ahead for long‑term success, building lasting partnerships, and proactively supporting the development of new business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Field Crew. This role is based out of our Scoresby branch in Melbourne.

You will bring:
  • Relevant Degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, etc), construction project management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in construction and/or rehabilitation project delivery at a Senior Project Manager level or Delivery Manager level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects while ensuring successful delivery of planned outcomes
  • Extensive experience in managing large, complex teams effectively
  • Strong decision making and complex problem solving skills
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement is essential
  • Knowledge of Wastewater, Potable water, Stormwater and Culvert systems and rehabilitation methods is desirable but not essential
