Job summary

Profectus is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile delivery of a secure web application for an Australian Government agency in Canberra. The role covers sustainment, feature enhancements, data migration, integration and cyber security uplift within a classified environment.

You will lead three workstreams, coordinate government product owners and contractors, manage risks, report progress to senior stakeholders, and drive DevSecOps maturity.

Qualifications

• Experience as Delivery Manager or Scrum Master leading agile software delivery.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams across development, data migration and security.
• Experience supporting DevSecOps practices.
• Experience reporting progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading integrated teams of government staff and contractors.
• Experience delivering ICT work within Defence or Australian Government agencies.
• Experience delivering in Defence Secret or other classified environments.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms including Defence One Defence Data platform.
• Experience supporting security accreditation of applications.
• Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM or SAFe.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery across three workstreams: sustainment/feature enhancement, data migration and integration, and cyber security uplift.
• Plan, prioritise and track work with government product owners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Lead an integrated team of government staff and contracted personnel.
• Manage dependencies between development, data migration and security remediation work.
• Identify, manage and report delivery risks, issues and progress.
• Support DevSecOps implementation and maturity uplift across the team.
• Coordinate input to security compliance, assurance and accreditation activities.
• Ensure technical documentation is developed and maintained.
• Support knowledge transfer to government staff.
