Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive delivery of a Planning Intelligence Platform engagement for a leading international client. You will manage end-to-end digital transformation, guide multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

This role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management and high-pressure delivery across phases. You will lead projects from discovery through delivery, coach teams on agile practices, and ensure successful outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in project or delivery management.
• Experience running multi-workstream engagements, with overlapping phases.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complex client environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivery for a programme of work and establish governance with stakeholders.
• Lead concurrent workstreams and manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to close.
• Coach teams on agile mindsets and best practices.
• Monitor budgets, scope and delivery milestones; ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide timely reporting to stakeholders and maintain channel of communication with clients.
• Manage risks, change requests, and vendor governance as required.
• Mentor and develop project management team members.
