Job summary

TALENTD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of retainer work within a digital agency. You will work across strategy, design and development teams, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

You will lead agile delivery practices, manage budgets and timelines, and act as the primary delivery contact for a portfolio of clients. This hands-on role requires strong organisation and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital project delivery or hybrid PM/AM in an agency.
• Strong understanding of Agile workflows and digital production.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple clients or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build robust roadmaps of enhancement work with Account Directors.
• Own day-to-day management of retainer support and enhancement requests.
• Scope, schedule and deliver retained work on time with strategy, design, development teams.
• Coordinate with Service Desk to triage and escalate tickets.
• Maintain accurate schedules and reporting for resourcing and forecasting.
• Apply agile delivery practices: backlog management, user stories, sprint estimation.
• Manage budgets and escalate risks before they impact delivery.
