Job summary

ANC is seeking a Delivery Experience Lead / Transport Supervisor / Fleet Supervisor on a contract basis until February 2027, based in Adelaide, SA. The role focuses on managing a fleet of Delivery Professionals, driving onboarding, retention, and performance while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading competency reviews, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an operational role, ideally in transport or delivery industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and build strong relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a regular schedule or based on business needs.
• Experience in performance management, budget tracking, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements within the transport industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, freight management systems and other industry required technology.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Delivery Professionals (Drivers) and drive retention.
• Lead performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tools and resources for DP success.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive data-driven process improvements in fleet operations.
