ANC is seeking a Delivery Experience Lead / Transport Supervisor to manage and optimise a fleet of Delivery Professionals in Adelaide, SA. You will lead onboarding, retention, performance reviews, and safety compliance to enhance customer experience.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies in fleet operations. Contract position through February 2027 with opportunities for growth within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in transport or delivery.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend availability as required by business needs.
• Experience in performance management, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance in transport.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and retain Delivery Professionals (DPs) and build strong relationships.
• Lead performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tools and resources.
