Job summary

Reece Group in Caboolture is seeking a customer-focused team member to join the Trade Counter. You’ll help engineers, project managers and tradespeople access products to support major projects.

A typical day includes delivering to customers, providing product information, generating quotes, and handling stock and packing. If you enjoy hands-on retail, learning new systems, and working varied shifts including weekends, this role offers growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with stock control and order picking.
• Clean valid driver’s license and flexibility to weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, receiving inwards goods.
