Job summary

Reece Caboolture is seeking a HR/MR Driver to support engineers, project managers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. You will deliver to customers, assist on the shop floor, provide product information, and manage quotes both in person and by phone.

The role requires customer service experience, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends. This position sits within the Trade Counter team at Caboolture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Willing to learn new systems.
• Must have a clean, valid driver’s licence and be available for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities, receiving inwards goods.
