AUS GPC Asia Pacific Australia Pty Ltd in Rockhampton is seeking a Delivery Driver to coordinate and manage deliveries, build strong customer relationships, and deliver parts to trade customers with high service standards.

This role supports branch teams, requires manual handling, safe driving, and a flexible Mon-Fri schedule. You will represent Napa and GPC brands, with opportunities for career development and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Friendly and knowledgeable in handling customer interactions.

• Physical capacity for heavy items and manual handling.

• Current/valid driver’s licence; manual preferred.
• Experience in trade/mechanical customer service is a plus.

About the role

Our Driver’s typical day isn’t just driving and delivering parts, they play a key role in our branch teams. Driver’s build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer facing role.

Duties include

• Coordinate and manage deliveries
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Safe driving behaviours
• Deliver high level customer service
• Build strong customer bonds
• Safely deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
• Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
• Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, customer enquiries
• Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.
