Job summary

NAPA Australia in Rockhampton region is seeking a Delivery Driver to coordinate and safely deliver parts to trades, workshops and dealerships. You’ll be part of the branch team, delivering high service standards and building strong customer relationships.

This role requires multitasking, a current driver’s licence, physical ability to lift and move products, and a commitment to safe driving practices. Monday to Friday with potential to cover extra days as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a trade/mechanical environment is desirable.
• Hold a current/valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency.
• Conscious of workplace safety and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
• Safely deliver parts and products while delivering high level customer service.
• Assist team with orders, dispatching, credits and customer enquiries.
• Promote products and marketing activities during deliveries.
