Job summary

Labourpower is recruiting for 10 x Delivery Drivers for Packaging Distribution Company in Milperra, NSW. You will join a team responsible for daily mixed drops, freight handling and on-time deliveries.

Day shift 6am-3pm with ongoing overtime and a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity. Successful applicants will have a valid C class licence, be comfortable with drug/alcohol screening and a clean driving history, and demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Qualifications

• Previous courier/delivery driving experience.
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol screening.
• Willing to undertake Criminal History Check.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean Driving History / Service NSW Printout.
• Good knowledge of WHS, Safety and Correct Manual Handling Techniques.
• A desire to develop, learn and follow instructions.
• Excellent Numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery runs with multi-drop routes.
• Sort and handle freight safely and efficiently.
• Use dispatch/delivery sign-off systems.
• Provide customer service during deliveries.
• Operate van or Pantech truck as required.
• Work the Day Shift 6am-3pm.

The Role:

• Day Shift - 6am-3pm
• Daily Runs, multi drop
• Sorting and handling of freight required
• Dispatch/Delivery Sign Off Systems
• Customer Service
• May be driving Van or Pantech Truck

Successful Applicants will have/be:
