Job summary

Synergie Group is recruiting reliable HR, HC and MC Drivers for deliveries and pickups in Mackay and Coalfields. You will load, transport and deliver freight, following routes and schedules while maintaining safety and compliance with fatigue management rules.

You will operate local vehicles, perform pre-start checks, and communicate with the depot to handle delays or changes. A current HR licence and a safe driving history are required, with forklift licence being a plus.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian HR licence and a safe driving record.
• Be physically fit and able to lift and handle freight.
• Previous delivery driving or transport experience is highly regarded.
• Demonstrate good route planning and time management skills.
• Have a positive attitude toward safety in every role.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver freight across Mackay and surrounding areas with on-time performance.
• Safely operate vehicle in line with road rules and company procedures.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules, adjusting as needed for operations.
• Conduct daily vehicle pre-start checks and report defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure freight is securely restrained and documentation is accurate.
