Job summary

S&A Stairs on the Gold Coast are looking for a Site Delivery Driver to support our team with stair component deliveries to job sites and general carpentry tasks at our Molendinar workshop.

You will load and unload at the workshop, deliver components to sites around the Gold Coast, and assist tradesmen with stairs and balustrades installation while keeping a tidy, safe site.

Qualifications

• Australian drivers licence is essential.
• Forklift licence is preferred.
• Industry/carpentry/joinery experience is preferred.
• Construction induction card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load commercial vehicles at the workshop and unload at various Gold Coast sites.
• Deliver job components to site locations.
• Perform general labouring and carpentry tasks around the workshop.
• Assist tradesmen with installation of stairs, handrails and balustrades.
• Maintain a neat and safe work site.

About the role:

Our Gold Coast branch is seeking a hard-working and reliable Site Delivery Driver who will support our team with stair component deliveries to job sites and general carpentry / labouring tasks at our Molendinar workshop.

What you'll be doing:

• Loading commercial vehicles at the workshop and unloading the same vehicle at various sites around the Gold Coast
• Delivery of job components to site
• Performing general labouring and carpentry tasks around the factory
• Assisting our qualified tradesmen in the installation of traditional and specialised stairs, handrails and balustrades (as necessary)
• Keeping a neat and safe work site

What you'll need:

• Australian drivers licence (essential)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
