Job summary

IBC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation program in Sydney. This hands-on delivery role requires coordinating multiple teams and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved and outcomes delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of PM experience in complex enterprise settings, strong Agile delivery background, and proven ability to manage risks and drive delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology projects.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple delivery teams and managing project dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience working across Agile delivery environments.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or customer-facing digital transformation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from planning through to execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multiple technology, product, business and integration teams to drive delivery.
• Manage day-to-day project activity and ensure actions, deliverables and milestones remain on track.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
• Drive resolution of delivery issues and elevate where required to keep the project moving.
• Coordinate sprint planning, delivery ceremonies and other forums required to support execution.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly understood.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure impacts are identified early.
• Provide clear and concise reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues and key decisions.
• Prepare and lead project governance and stakeholder forums.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery leads to maintain alignment and momentum.
