Job summary

Reece Group in Bankstown is seeking a hands-on Trade Counter team member to support plumbers and tradespeople. You will handle deliveries, stock control, product information, and on-site quotes while helping maintain a tidy and safe branch environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in delivery/warehousing or customer service, are comfortable with learning new systems, and hold a valid driver’s licence. Forklift experience is a bonus; career growth within the network is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, warehousing or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Support branch operations as needed.
