Job summary

Leisure coast fruit and deli in the Illawarra region is seeking a Gourmet deli team member for either full-time or part-time hours. The role involves working in a busy fresh food environment with a team focused on excellent service.

You will provide direct service to the public using meat slicers, and assist with backroom or shop cabinet merchandising. Training will be provided; strong eye for detail and organization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food prep or cooking is a benefit.
• Willing to train applicants with strong basic skills.

Gourmet deli vacancy full time or part time

The position involves working in a busy fresh food environment with a team of people whom strive to provide a service that is second to none. The job tasks will include direct service to the public using meat slicers, backroom or shop cabinet merchandising. Experience is preferred but we will train. A good eye for detail and organization skills is required.

Food industry experience in food prep or cooking is a benefit and an advantage.

Work days may include some weekend work on a rotating roster, early start early finish some days.
