Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to lead day-to-day change processes for the vehicle and its support systems. You will own the program's change register end to end, guiding change owners and coordinating impact assessments across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test and quality.

Working with the Configuration Manager, you will be the go-to for change status, chasing inputs, and ensuring changes are released and reflected on the product.

Qualifications

• Coordinating engineering change, configuration, or technical data in a regulated industry.
• Ability to keep a high volume of concurrent work moving to a deadline and to gather inputs from busy technical staff.
• Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, or change management tools (e.g. Teamcenter, SAP, Jira, Windchill).
• Knowledge of industry configuration management standards (e.g. EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61).
• Knowledge of BOM structures and lifecycle management and assessing change impact across them.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the program change register end to end from intake to release.
• Guide change owners in raising and enriching change requests.
• Coordinate impact assessments across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test and quality.
• Prepare change packs for review with impacted items, baselines, and implementation details.
• Facilitate change review forums and verify release and product update.
• Maintain vehicle and support system baselines; ensure changes propagate through all BOMs.
• Report status of changes: open, ageing, blocked; compile evidence for configuration audits.
