Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to run the daily change process for the vehicle and its support system in Sydney. You will own the change register end to end, guiding change owners, coordinating impact assessments, and preparing packs for review and approval.

You will ensure changes are released and reflected on the product while maintaining baselines. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain, and you will be the go-to

Qualifications

• Coordinating engineering change in a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage high-volume work toward deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP/change tools.
• Knowledge of configuration management standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Australian citizen with security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the program change register from intake to implementation.
• Guide change owners in raising and enriching change requests.
• Coordinate impact assessments across disciplines and chase blockers.
• Prepare change packs with impacted items, baselines and details.
• Facilitate change review forums and approvals.
• Verify that approved changes are released and reflected on the product.
• Maintain vehicle and support system baselines and BOM propagation.
• Report status of changes including open, ageing and blocked items.
• Compile change and release evidence for configuration audits.
