Aldermane Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead complex Defence capability and strategic advisory work from diagnosis to implementation in Canberra. You will provide senior decision-makers with analysis and actionable recommendations, operating with autonomy in a high-standard environment.

Based in Canberra, you will drive capability planning, develop roadmaps, business cases and governance papers, and engage stakeholders across Government and industry to realise benefits.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex capability, business or strategic analysis.
• Experience with Defence capability needs, gap or impact analysis on complex programs.
• Experience eliciting and managing complex requirements across stakeholder groups.
• Experience preparing options analyses, business cases and benefits realisation plans for senior decision-makers.
• Skill in facilitating workshops and influencing senior stakeholders, and in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing for executive audiences, with analysis that is evidence-based and traceable.

Responsabilités

• Analyse capability and requirements.
• Lead Defence capability needs, gap and impact analyses across major systems, infrastructure and industry.
• Elicit, analyse, document and manage requirements across stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain capability assessments, roadmaps, documentation and operating models.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities with wider strategic implications.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals and governance papers for executives.
• Engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops and sessions; build relationships across Government and industry.
• Report and lead with evidence-based insights and assurance activities.
