Qualifications

• Experience leading complex Defence programs, projects or business functions.
• Strong background in strategic planning, governance, workforce planning or transformation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning activity to support key project and capability outcomes.
• Provide advice and recommendations to senior Defence and industry stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across Defence, industry and multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish governance, reporting and performance frameworks to support delivery.
• Monitor performance, risk, opportunities and benefits realisation.
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting, including capability gaps and resource needs.
• Drive reform, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support improved operating models, governance practices and pilot programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
