Qualifications

• Experienced sander, masker and paint prepper with defence-standard familiarity.
• Ability to meet tight tolerances and document coating records.

Responsibilities

• Masking and sanding of complex parts with tight tolerances.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and coating process tools.
• Complete coating records, batch/lot traceability and sign-offs.
• Identify non-conformances and support root-cause fixes to reduce rework.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to improve jigs and masking strategies.
