Job summary

CAE is seeking a Project Manager in our Defence & Security team to plan, execute and deliver diverse projects for Australian customers. You will lead collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure outcomes across acquisitions, engineering changes, and programs across air and maritime domains.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP certification, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) from Homebush or Brisbane

Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Expertise in analysing information, designing and developing new approaches, methodologies and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven learning capability.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid model (3 days in the office/site, 2 days of flexibility).

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage the execution of one or multiple projects, from start to finish.
• Manage the financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual obligations of the project to ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute the project management plan for projects.
• Day-to-day collaboration with matrix team members.
• Where applicable, participate in proposal writing for project management aspects.
