Job summary

CAE is seeking a Project Manager within its Defence & Security team to plan, execute and deliver diverse projects for Australian customers. You will lead collaboration across stakeholders, manage resources and profitability, and develop the project management plan from start to finish.

Role requires PMP certification, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, learning ability, and eligibility for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizen).

Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Expertise in analysing information, designing and developing new approaches, methodologies and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven learning capability.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid model (3 days in the office/site, 2 days of flexibility), working from the Homebush Office or Brisbane Office.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Defence Security Clearance – Australian Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage the execution of one or multiple projects from start to finish.
• Manage the financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual obligations of the project and ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute the project management plan for projects.
• Day-to-day collaboration with matrix team members.
• Where applicable, participate in proposal writing for project management aspects.

As the Project Manager within our Defence & Security team, you will apply your experience and skills to plan, execute and deliver diverse and innovative projects supporting Australian customers. You will lead collaboration activities with multiple stakeholders to facilitate and deliver outcomes across projects. This will include but is not limited to, acquisition and engineering change proposals across a diverse technology stack within the air and maritime domains Description Autonomously manage the execution of one or multiple projects, from start to finish Manage the financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual obligations of the project to ensure profitability Develop and execute the project management plan for projects Day-to-day collaboration with matrix team members Where applicable, participate in proposal writing for project management aspects

Minimum Qualifications

• PMP Certification
