Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager/Lead to oversee controls across major Defence projects in Australia. You will drive cost control, planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting and governance, partnering with Defence clients and stakeholders to deliver complex, high-value outcomes.

You will lead and mentor project services teams, support business growth through proposals and financial reporting, and ensure strong relationships with clients and project teams

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Willingness to be located in Adelaide, South Australia.
• 5–10 years' experience in project controls, project management or project services on large, complex infrastructure, construction, defence or capital projects.
• Strong expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk management, project reporting and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve project controls functions, including cost control, planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting and project governance.
• Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies that enhance project and programme delivery outcomes.
• Oversee project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis and resource management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing project services teams while supporting business growth through proposals, submissions, financial reporting and business planning activities.
